New England Bakeworks is built on the tradition of hand formed dough and fresh baked bread.For over 45 years our recipes have been the foundation of great tasting pizza and sandwiches.Our recipes were first developed at our restaurant in Fairfield, Maine Sonny’s Pizza.As our reputation for great pizza grew so did requests from area restaurants for our pizza dough.Our wholesale business eventually
outgrew our restaurant and was spun off into the New England Bakeworks brand.We still own Sonny’s Pizza and it serves as a great platform for developing new products such as our recently launched Garlic Pizza Dough. We understand the challenges of operating a small business and regularly invite our New England Bakeworks customers to Sonny’s Pizza to see how we work with our pizza dough and to observe best practices.
